Senior Management Profiles:

CEO - John Cassar

Mr. Cassar went to school at the American College in Paris for International Finance and graduated with a BA degree in Finance & Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. He is the CEO of SuperCare Inc. and on the board of directors of CAMPS (California Association Medical Product Suppliers) representing over 300 independent equipment providers throughout California. Mr. Cassar is a member of the National Home Infusion Association and has extensive experience in the management, operations, and sales throughout the home health care industry. He holds an administrator health care license and has over 20 years of experience in home care, long term care, and assisted living. He is the founder of SleepWell America, Inc., a national company, contracting with strategic sleep management partners throughout the country and dedicated to providing physician solutions in establishing sleep labs, promoting sleep labs, and providing Obstructive Sleep Apnea awareness and solutions for those patients with the disease.

CFO – Shawn Christenson, CPA

Mr. Christenson joined SuperCare in 2008 after working for a big 4 public accounting firm and then transitioning into the healthcare field where he held positions of increased responsibilities. In his last position, he was responsible for managing over 500 employees, six reimbursement, billing, and collection centers throughout the U.S.A. with annual revenues of over $550 million. Shawn has strengths in process and financial management and has graduated Cum-Laude with a Masters in Accounting from the College of William and Mary, Virginia in 2000.

Director of Pharmacy Services - Katherine Le, Pharm. D.

Dr. Le attended the University of Southern California where she obtained a BS degree in Biology; she then went on to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy at the University Of Southern California School Of Pharmacy. She joined SuperCare in 2005 and is currently the pharmacy manager.

Director of Operations– Mike Espy

Mr. Espy joined SuperCare in 1995 and has over 18 years of management experience in all daily operations of durable medical equipment and respiratory business and interaction with all divisions of the Company. Mr. Espy has either led or assisted in over 5 successful JCAHO accreditations.

Director of Human Resources – Rina Tan

After graduating from California State Polytechnic University Pomona, Ms. Tan joined SuperCare and held a number of positions in the organization. Ms. Tan is now in charge of the human resources department; managing, directing and evaluating Company's program regarding recruitment, development and retention of employees; implementing human resources plans, policies and procedures; oversees payroll department and other human resource duties.

Director of Information Technology – Mike Cassar

After graduating from Cal State Dominguez Hills, Mr. Cassar assumed his current position as director of I.T. for SuperCare. Mr. Cassar has worked in various positions within SuperCare since 1975 as one of its first employees.
